QUALIFICATIONS

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Provide proof of all income. Monthly income must be two (2) to three (3) times the monthly rental amount depending on size of property, rent, and how many bills paid. You need to provide one month of current pay stubs, SSI, disability, and any other forms of income.
3. Provide previous rental history.
4. Sign Authorization for Release of Information.
5. Rental history must be free of any evictions, and you can’t owe money to any other rental property.
6. No felony convictions.
7. Job history of at least nine (9) months.

**There is a nonrefundable $40 application fee per person over 18 years old. Complete and pay for your application online; it’s easy. No cash or personal checks accepted.

Security deposit, $75 nonrefundable admin fee and all other fees must be paid in full to hold a property.
